Engage in research activities to explore new materials and technologies that can enhance Framecad's product offerings. Assist in the testing and quality assurance of construction materials and systems to ensure compliance with industry standards. Requirements Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program at the University of Auckland, such as Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think critically about project challenges. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and presentation creation. Familiarity with CAD software or other design tools is a plus, but not mandatory. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn, with the ability to adapt to a fast‑paced work environment. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Nice to have Previous internship or work experience in construction or engineering fields. Knowledge of sustainable building practices and materials. Experience with project management software or tools. An understanding of building codes and regulations relevant to the construction industry. Participation in relevant extracurricular activities, such as engineering clubs or competitions.
