You can find more about ACC and the work we do at www.acc.co.nz About the role | Mō te tōranga mahi The Senior Operations Administrator role sits within the Levy Administration team and is primarily responsible for a range of processing activities and technical decisions across varied work streams for our business customers. Your day will include gathering and assessing information from a variety of sources, then engaging directly with business customers through outbound calls and written communication to obtain information, resolve enquiries, and support first-contact resolution. You'll use your judgement to make decisions that ensure customers receive the right information at the right time and that the correct levy products are applied. You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team who value self-development and the exchange of ideas to improve the customer experience for our business customers. This is an interesting and fast-paced role, and you'll have plenty of variety to keep you challenged and constantly learning. We have three fixed term opportunities: 4 months, 5 months and 10 months. These roles are based in Thorndon, Wellington. The appointing salary for this role is $61,766 - $68,629 based on experience. Our business customer base is varied, and some situations are complex, so you'll need to be able to demonstrate strong emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). You'll also bring: Customer-focused with strong phone and written communication skills, a commitment to first-contact resolution, and a proven ability to solve problems. The ability to research, analyse, and apply complex information. A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
