T&G Global Limited is seeking a people-focused Production Manager to lead our Ohaupo glasshouse operation, just south of Hamilton. You will run the day-to-day production, lead a stable team of 25–30 people through two team Leaders, and work with the Grower to maximise crop performance. This role sits within our Covered Crops leadership group, offering the chance to implement a new grading/packing line and contribute to site development while prioritising health and safety. #J-18808-Ljbffr
