About the role We are seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of Senior Product Marketing Manager, where your primary focus will be to convert customer success stories into impactful sales enablement resources. This role involves transforming product launches into significant market events and working closely with our co-founders and the Go-To-Market team to create a robust marketing framework that supports enterprise sales. If you have a proven track record in leveraging B2B customer success to create compelling marketing materials that drive sales, this is an excellent opportunity to establish a marketing function from the ground up. Key facts Location: North America - East Coast Engagement: Full-time Compensation: Competitive salary plus equity or stock grants. Workplace: Remote What you'll do Oversee the entire lifecycle of product launches, ensuring comprehensive external market releases and internal team training, complete with positioning, enablement, and promotional strategies. Direct the customer success story initiative, which includes identifying suitable candidates, conducting interviews, creating engaging content, obtaining necessary legal approvals, and distributing the final materials. Design and implement Siena Academy, developing educational content aimed at enhancing customer adoption and maximizing product value. Create a competitive intelligence framework that includes battlecards, takedown decks, and positioning documents to empower the sales team in securing deals. Develop ROI calculators and business case documents that effectively communicate our value proposition and differentiation. Assemble a visual asset library that includes case studies, one-pagers, before-and-after comparisons, and templates that can be utilized by the sales team immediately. Foster strong communication channels with sales, customer success, and product teams to gather insights on which marketing assets are driving pipeline growth and closing deals. Analyze the usage of marketing assets, their impact on the sales pipeline, win rates, and revenue attribution to refine and optimize marketing strategies. Requirements A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product marketing within B2B SaaS environments, ideally focusing on enterprise-level solutions. Proven ability to create marketing materials that have had a direct impact on pipeline growth, win rates, or deal acceleration. Experience in developing customer education initiatives or training programs from the ground up. Proficient in utilizing AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Lovable, and v0 to enhance marketing output and quality. Ability to create custom AI workflows and prompts that streamline marketing productivity. Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and the unique requirements of sales teams for closing deals. A results-oriented mindset with a focus on execution, preferring rapid deployment and iterative improvements based on feedback. A data-driven approach to assessing effectiveness, concentrating efforts on high-impact initiatives. Nice to have Experience in marketing AI, automation, or customer experience-related products. Background in competitive intelligence with a track record of producing materials that aid in winning competitive deals. Experience in developing customer training programs, online academies, or certification systems. Familiarity with sales enablement tools and CRM systems to track the impact of marketing assets. Knowledge of no-code or low-code platforms for creating landing pages, calculators, or interactive experiences.
