Farmlands in New Zealand seeks a Retail Loss Prevention Lead to shape the strategy, systems and initiatives protecting assets, profitability and people across 80+ stores. You will report to the Head of Retail Sales and partner with leaders nationwide to reduce shrinkage and strengthen controls.
