Provide essential administration and coordination support to a busy public health team.Make a meaningful contribution to better health outcomes across AotearoaFull-time, fixed-term contract until May 2027 based in Hamilton Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is the country's largest employer, delivering universal public healthcare to 5 million New Zealanders. About the RoleAs an Administration Coordinator within the National Public Health Service, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality public health services by providing efficient administrative and coordination support to a busy team. This varied role involves managing day-to-day administration activities, coordinating meetings and documentation, supporting financial and procurement processes, maintaining business systems and records, and acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders. Working in a collaborative environment, you will help keep operations running smoothly, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and support the team to achieve its work programme and improve health outcomes for communities across Aotearoa.
