Casual Instant Return Officer

A rental car business company in Auckland Airport precinct is looking for customer focused, high performing Casual Instant Return Representative to join their exceptional team. About the Role: As an Instant Return Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales services to internal and external customers to ensure the continued growth and profitability of the company. You will be based at the Auckland Airport store, and you may be required to work at other NZ stores within reasonable travel distance. Greeting customers as they return their vehicles and ensuring a positive customer experience Inspecting the returning vehicle for damage Utilising our mini-computer system Courteously and expeditiously processing rental returns Sell company rental options to our valued customers Ensure overall customer satisfaction by resolving issues Liaising with back of house (car groomers) regarding vehicles ready for pick-up Job Requirements: Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and ability to engage in verbal interaction with customers Attention to detail is very important Previous experience in customer service or sales; experience in rental industry preferred Computer literacy skills required Flexibility of working hours (7-day shift work including weekends & public holidays may apply) A full and current NZ driver's licence with the ability to drive automatic vehicles.
