Job Description
Tribe Group seeks a part-time HRBP to join as the standalone HR presence on site, primarily supporting teams across New Zealand and Australia. You will work closely with the local GM and a wider HR team, focusing on employee relations, performance, and complex conversations. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment for NZ and AU, with occasional travel to Australia (1–2 times per year).
