Enterprise & C‑Suite Engagement\n

- Build, develop, and manage senior‑level relationships with C‑suite and executive stakeholders within large organisations. \n
- Lead strategic, insight‑driven conversations that link health outcomes to business performance, productivity, and workforce sustainability. \n
- Influence executive decision‑makers by articulating compelling value propositions aligned to organisational priorities. \n

Commercial & Economic Value Delivery\n
- \n
- Translate Dexcom CGM technology and data into business‑relevant outcomes, including productivity impact, cost avoidance, and return on investment. \n
- Interpret and confidently present economic, financial, and workforce‑related data to support executive decision‑making. \n
- Understand complex business mechanics and tailor solutions to align with each organisation’s structure and goals. \n

Market Creation & Strategy\n
- \n
- Identify, shape, and develop a new enterprise market segment for Dexcom in New Zealand. \n
- Develop account‑level strategies that reflect long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and complex buying processes. \n
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to inform broader commercial and strategic direction. \n

Internal Collaboration\n

- Work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Medical and Clinical Teams, Legal and Market Access, and Leadership teams to co‑create enterprise propositions. \n
- Act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders, ensuring consistency, credibility, and quality in executive engagement. \n

- \n
- Demonstrated success selling complex, high‑value solutions to C‑suite or senior executive stakeholders. \n
- Strong commercial background with proven ability to engage in strategic, economics‑based discussions. \n
- Experience operating in ambiguous, evolving, or greenfield commercial environments. \n
- Executive‑level communicator with presence, credibility, and influence. \n
- Strong business acumen, able to understand and articulate financial and organisational drivers. \n
- High learning agility with the ability to quickly master and translate innovative technology. \n
- Entrepreneurial, forward‑thinking, and motivated by building something new rather than inheriting an established model. \n
- Purpose‑driven and inspired by making a meaningful difference to workforce health outcomes in New Zealand. \n
- \n
- At minimum a bachelor’s degree in medical or business‑related disciplines. \n
- At least 5 years of experience in Enterprise, C‑suite engagements. \n
Travel within New Zealand and APAC as required to support enterprise engagements.
