About the role\n

As a Retail Consultant (Showroom Sales) you will be passionate about supporting builders and homeowners as they navigate through the renovation journey. This role, located in Newmarket, will not only be based in our stunning showroom but you will also be required to visit account customers (such as builders, developers and interior designers) on-site. A passion for customer service and building business relationships is a must.

Your day to day\n

• Assisting customers choose the perfect bathroom products
\n
• Creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone
\n
• Using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life
\n
• Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships
\n
• Keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely
\n

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:\n

• Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys building relationships and helping customers
\n
• Might not have experience in bathrooms, but is energetic, takes initiative and is willing to learn and grow
\n
• Is comfortable with a computer and is happy to learn new systems
\n
• Open to working various shifts, including weekends
\n
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network
\n
