We are accredited for the training scheme, and youll have the opportunity to join active peer review groups and contribute to systemic change.Key responsibilities:* Provide quality clinical services to tamariki, rangatahi and their whānau within Te Whatu Ora Waikato boundaries* As a clinical expert, you will ensure that the appropriate and current knowledge, skills, and attitudes in the area of psychiatry, are applied to clinical situations and team decision making* Participate in clinical partnership to ensure that tāngata whaiora and their whānau receive integrated, appropriate, effective, and efficient assessment and careClick to view the position description.**About the Team/Service**We are the Mental Health and Addictions Service arm of Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Waikato. Puawai Regional Forensic Mental Health Service supports people with moderate to severe mental illness whove had contact with the justice system across Te Manawa Taki. We provide secure inpatient careacute, sub-acute, rehabilitation, and transition wardsand community services to courts, prisons (Waikeria, Springhill, Tongariro), and tāngata whaiora.
