The ideal candidate is both a builder and a communicator—someone who can ship products and also represent the brand in public forums. Responsibilities Lead development of web and mobile applications from concept to deployment Architect scalable and maintainable systems Integrate AI/ML features into applications where applicable Oversee code quality, system design, and technical best practices Collaborate with designers and product teams to build user-centric products Identify opportunities to apply AI to improve product value Contribute to product growth strategies and marketing initiatives Represent the company at tech events, meetups, and investor/partner meetings Requirements Strong experience in web and mobile application development Solid understanding of system architecture and scalable backend systems Familiarity with AI tools, APIs, or machine learning integration Experience in product development in a startup or fast-paced environment Basic understanding of digital marketing and product growth strategies Strong communication and presentation skills Startup mentality: ownership, speed, and adaptability Willingness to travel and represent the company externally #J-18808-Ljbffr
