Job Type Permanent, part time (full‑time work is available) Location Hillmorton Hospital, Ōtautahi / Christchurch Overview Consultant Psychiatrist Join our Assertive Outreach Service caring for individuals with serious mental illness compounded by co‑morbidity. Responsibilities Develop therapeutic relationships with clients. Provide leadership and clinical expertise within a multidisciplinary team. Deliver assessment and treatment of psychosis and other serious mental disorders. Collaborate with psychiatric registrars, nurses, occupational therapists, social workers, psychologists, and community support workers. Participate in service development and continuous improvement. Qualifications Experience in adult mental health. Strong commitment to collaborative, multidisciplinary teamwork. Innovative, patient‑centred approach to care delivery.
