About the role:

We are looking for Production Technicians to join our manufacturing team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this hands-on role, you will support the day-to-day production of high-quality medical products, ensuring all activities are completed safely, accurately, and in line with our quality standards and regulatory requirements.

We have Multiple Opportunities available across two key production teams:

Freeze-Drying Team
Prepare tissue samples for the freeze-drying. This role requires working rotating morning and afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work as required. Due to the nature of this role, an additional allowance is provided.

Cutting & Primary Packaging Team:
Process and package medical tissue products, operate specialized equipment, accurately count and reconcile products. Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with occasional early starts on Fridays and additional hours as required.

Other Key responsibilities:

  • Perform manufacturing activities in line with company procedures, quality standards, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements
  • Operate equipment and complete manual and semi-automated production tasks accurately
  • Complete production documentation, batch records, equipment logs, and electronic records with a high level of accuracy
  • Perform product inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance and consistency
  • Identify and escalate production issues, deviations, or quality concerns
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised production environment
  • Work collaboratively with your team and support cross-training across production areas
  • Follow all health, safety, and regulatory requirements

About you

You'll be a reliable team player with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. You'll enjoy working in a structured manufacturing environment where following processes and maintaining high standards are essential. Along with:

  • The ability to follow written and verbal instructions and procedures
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic computer skills and confidence completing documentation
  • The ability to work on your feet for extended periods and complete some physical tasks (including lifting up to approximately 15kg)
  • Flexibility to work on rotating shifts and weekend work as required
