Job Description:

RESHU'S BEAUTY LIMITED T/A RESHU'S BEAUTY & NAILS is looking for TWO motivated Beauty Therapist and Nail Technician .

Position: Beauty Therapist and Nail Technician

Hourly rate: $31-$35 per hour

Guaranteed hours: 30 per week

Maximum hours: 60 per week

Location: Candidate may have to work at both locations, NEW LYNN and PONSONBY, as per business need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their needs, analyse skin types, and recommend suitable skincare routines, treatments, and make-up options.
\n
• Perform nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, nail art, artificial nail application, and nail repair.
\n
• Provide facial and body treatments, including various types of massages, tailored to client preferences.
\n
• Conduct hair removal services, such as waxing, and tinting, to address unwanted hair.
\n
• Review and assess beauty treatments and products to ensure optimal client satisfaction.
\n
• Manage bookings, coordinate appointments, and maintain accurate and organised client records.
\n
• Offer expert advice on cosmetic products and assist clients with their purchases.
\n

Key Requirements

\n
• NZQF Level 4 qualification or equivalent or higher OR at least two years of relevant experience.
\n
• Strong understanding of beauty treatments and the ability to customise services to individual client needs.
\n
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
\n
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality treatments.
\n
• Ability to manage bookings and maintain client records efficiently.
\n
• Ability to work on a rotating roster.
\n
• Willingness to perform shift work.
\n
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays, as required.
\n
