\nJade Biviano Family Pty Ltd trading as Biviano Direct is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time IT Support and Test Engineer to provide technical expertise, maintain IT infrastructure, improve system performance, and diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues.\n
\n
\nKey Duties and Responsibilities\n
\n•Monitor the integrity, availability and performance of hardware, servers, systems and critical processes, and review system and application logs.\n
\n•Perform regular security monitoring to identify and respond to potential security threats.\n
\n•Manage daily backup operations and ensure successful recovery and off-site storage of backup media.\n
\n•Perform file archiving and data purging in accordance with organisational requirements.\n
\n•Create, modify and delete user accounts as requested.\n
\n•Provide IT support by investigating, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.\n
\n•Repair and recover hardware and software failures while coordinating with affected stakeholders.\n
\n•Perform system testing, upgrades and maintenance of administrative tools and utilities, and configure new services where required.\n
