As the National Account Executive, you will support theNational Account Managers across Woolworths, The Warehouse, and Pharmacychannels to drive sales growth, profitability, and the successful execution ofstrategic customer plans.

Working collaboratively with cross-functional teamsincluding Category Management, Customer Marketing, Supply Chain, and CustomerService, you will be responsible for supporting account planning, promotionalexecution, trade spend management, forecasting, category analysis, and newproduct launches. This is a dynamic, relationship-focused role that offers theopportunity to build strong partnerships with key retail customers, delivercommercial insights, and contribute to the success of Henkel's market-leadingportfolio within a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

What youll do

  • Support the National Account Managers in developing and executing short and long-term account plans to achieve sales, distribution, profitability, and KPI targets.
  • Coordinate promotional planning and execution, including maintaining the IIS system, analysing promotional performance, and identifying opportunities to optimise future activity.
  • Manage trade spend administration by processing customer invoices, monitoring spends against budget and supporting the monthly accrual process.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, provide supporting assumptions for demand review meetings, and contribute to category reviews, new product launches, and customer presentations.
  • Analyse category and market performance data to generate insights and recommendations that support customer growth and commercial decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, retail partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer initiatives.
  • Take ownership of designated regional accounts and support the coordination of in-store activities, customer communications, and account administration.
  • Contribute to the achievement of business objectives while ensuring all activities are completed in compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
