Account Executive (12-Month Fixed-Term MAT Cover)

What is the role

Monday - Friday, 40 hours weekly, this is hybrid fixed term role for a MAT leave cover. Travel is required between Auckland office and client sites.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining,supporting, and growingthe existing clientrelationshipswithin the region. You will need to understand the clients' challenges and deliver tailored technology solutions, with a strong awareness of education sector needs and school environments.

The duties and responsibilities for the role may include but are not limited to the following:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed monthly GP targets.
• Manage and grow client relationships as the primary point of contact.
• Drive revenue growth through the sale of products, solutions, services, and projects.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Understand client requirements and design tailored IT solutions and proposals.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and solution recommendations.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes and resolve client issues.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasting, account reviews, CRM records, and represent the company at industry events.

Who we are looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience of technology sales
• Technical understanding of managed services, networks and /or security solutions
• Established skill set in solution and relationship sales
• Demonstrated achievement of sales quota goals on a consistent basis
• Proven history of selling large technology projects that require multi-level approvals in small - mid size organizations
• Demonstrablehistory ofsuperior communication and relationshipmanagement.
• Practical understanding of ICT hardware, software,andnetworkconcepts
• Enthusiasmforgrowing, learning,and adapting
• Collaboration within a team
• An understanding of the New Zealand education system
