Palliser Estate Wines of Martinborough Ltd is seeking a Senior Cellar Door & Front of House Lead to drive premium guest experiences in our Martinborough winery. This full-time, hands-on role supports the Cellar Door Manager and Front of House Manager, leading a small team and delivering outstanding service to guests, wine club members and shareholders.
