We're now looking for a Coordinator to join our DCE Office team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong coordination and PA experience to support strategic commissioning and help our leaders stay focused on what matters most. About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi In this role, you'll provide high-quality support to senior leaders, helping them stay organised, informed, and connected. You'll coordinate meetings and logistics, and ensure documents and communications are delivered to a high standard. You'll be a key part of a collaborative team, contributing to process improvements and supporting our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and operational excellence. Hands-on logistical support for meetings and activities across the Business Group. Providing diary management and coordination support to senior leaders. Supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives. Providing consistent, quality support to senior leaders. Identifying and implementing process improvements. Financial monitoring, invoice processing. Information and records management. Preparing reports, documents, and presentations to a high standard. Supporting stakeholder engagement activities, workshops and events. Using ACC systems and processes to deliver effective support. Providing support across all SC&P Business units. About you | Mōu If you meet some of the criteria and you're enthusiastic about learning and contributing, we want to hear from you! We encourage you to apply if you: Have experience as a Coordinator, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar business support role in a large organisation or government setting. Are confident supporting multiple leaders with day-to-day admin and coordination. Have experience with financial monitoring and administration. Think ahead and anticipate needs before they arise. Enjoy identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working. Build strong relationships and communicate clearly. Are organised, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The salary range for this role is $67,442k - $82,430 with appointment depending on skills and experience and internal relativities. ACC also offers 9% superannuation on top of base salary.
