Continuous Improvement Manager

We're looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to help build the operating system that will support Better Eggs for years to come. This isn't a traditional Lean role. You'll design the systems, leadership routines, learning pathways and ways of working that will enable Better Eggs to continue growing while remaining consistent, capable and operationally excellent. Your Role in an eggshell This is a unique opportunity to help shape how Better Eggs operates. Working across our farms, grading, feedmill and support teams, you'll help create the leadership routines and capability that strengthen performance, create consistency and provide a scalable foundation for our future. You'll partner with leaders across the business, coach teams, and turn practical ideas into lasting improvements that make Better Eggs even better. What you'll be doing You’ll take the lead in building and continuously improving the Better Eggs operating system by working across the business: Developing their practical leadership routines, Daily Management Systems (DMS) and performance frameworks that help them succeed. Creating clear, scalable SOPs and knowledge systems that support safe, consistent and efficient operations. Coaching leaders and teams in problem solving and continuous improvement. Designing learning pathways, onboarding programmes and capability frameworks. Leading improvement initiatives that strengthen performance, improve consistency and support future growth. What We’re Looking For You’ll probably have experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Lean or Business Systems within manufacturing, food production, agriculture or another operational environment. You’ll also bring: Experience designing or building management systems - not just delivering improvement projects. Experience developing business processes, SOPs or operational standards. Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills. The ability to simplify complex processes and turn ideas into practical solutions. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ideally experience coaching leaders or supporting organisational capability development. Why Better Eggs?
