Flight Operations Support Agent (Fixed Term) 06th August, 2026 A largest Global Ground Handling Company at Auckland Airport, delivering time-critical logistics services are seeking motivated Flight Operations Support Agents to join our team at Auckland International Airport. This role is essential in ensuring that aircraft are safely and efficiently prepared for their next flight. You will coordinate turnaround processes, liaise with multiple departments across the airport, and help maintain on-time performance for the airline clients. Key Responsibilities: Ensure all flights meet scheduled departure times and potential delays are managed. Liaise with Cargo, Ramp, and Passenger Services to ensure smooth operations. Communicate effectively with the Operations and customer airlines if issues arise during the turn. Manage RSMS updates for all flights. Update flight information through the FIDS system. Maintain and check all relevant flight documentation. Provide coverage for air-to-ground (VHF) radios, Aviation radios, and telephones. Prepare general documentation and movement messages for DHL freighters. Support and assist Load Sheet officers as required. Assist with Passenger Services duties as needed. Add capturing recharges, also issuing equipment. Maintain safe, efficient operations while delivering high-quality service. Job Requirements: Have basic computer skills - Word and Excel Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills. Strong focus on safety, quality, and customer service. Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize effectively Availability for a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays. Must be a NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident. Must hold a full New Zealand Driver's License and have your own reliable transportation. If successful, you will be required to undergo an Airport Security check which must return a clean criminal history and a pre-employment medical assessment which includes a drug and alcohol test. #J-18808-Ljbffr
