This is a rare opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join an internationally recognised firm. This role is within the heart of Auckland CBD and is known for its strong international presence and expertise in intricate cross-border transactions. About the role Working closely with one of New Zealand's leading M&A Partners, you'll work on matters such as venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and insolvency, and cross border deals. Not only will you work with your colleagues in the Auckland office, but you'll also work alongside those within the Wellington office, and on occasion those within international offices as you advise on cross-border matters. About you As a 2+ year PQE Solicitor, you'll ideally have a top-tier background and a strong drive to broaden your experience in a renowned corporate team. You'll also have: Experience working within corporate, transactional, or project law Confidence being a key contact for clients An ability to work both collaboratively and independently when needed A proactive and ambitious mindset, with strong organisational skills A strong academic transcript.
