Senior Architectural Technician

Role Produce detailed construction documentation and technical drawing packages using ArchiCAD. Lead the technical delivery of projects from developed design through to construction. Ensure drawings comply with the New Zealand Building Code, relevant standards, and council requirements. Prepare and lodge building consent documentation and respond to council RFIs. Resolve complex technical detailing and construction Requirements: 7 years NZ experience within the commercial, apartments, industrial or multi residential space Knowledge of the NZ building codes and standards Be a competent and efficient user of ArchiCAD Strong documentation experience NZ resident or citizen Benefits On offer is a family focused culture which is committed to equality and sustainability focused design.
