Te Taiwhenua o Heretaunga is seeking a Health Coach for the Te Ara Waiora CHB team in Waipukurau. The role is 36 hours per week (0.9 FTE) with Monday-Thursday 8.30am-5.00pm and Friday 8.30am-12.30pm. You will empower whānau to improve health and support kaumatua activities. Working alongside the Clinical Nurse team, you will plan health initiatives, provide guidance, and run engaging kaumatua programmes to support manaakitanga in the local area. #J-18808-Ljbffr
