Our Timber & Building department sits at the heart of our Trade operation — supporting builders, contractors, and serious DIY customers who rely on us every day for quality products, efficient service, and practical advice. This isn't just another retail role. It's a hands-on position in a business where teamwork matters, effort is recognised, and no two days are quite the same. About the Role We have a permanent, full-time opportunity available within our Timber & Building (Trade) department, working at the Trade Counter. This position works 40 hours per week across four 10-hour days , including every Saturday and three additional rostered weekdays . This is a hands-on, customer-facing role supporting customers from enquiry through to order fulfilment. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, an eye for detail and teamwork matter. This is a physically active role in a busy department involving some manual handling of timber, building materials, and trade products. Team members must be comfortable safely undertaking the physical requirements of the role.
