We're looking for an outstanding Head ofRetail Specialists to lead a critical function that connects specialistexpertise with store execution across our cooperative. This role will play akey part in lifting capability, consistency and performance across the networkby ensuring our members have access to the right knowledge, tools and supportto achieve sustainable success. Reporting to the Chief Retail & NetworkPerformance Officer , you'll lead a team of specialists across areasincluding Garden, Inventory and Loss Prevention, helping our stores translateinsight into action, improve operational performance and deliver great customeroutcomes. What you'll be responsible for Lead and develop a team of retail specialists,fostering a high-performance culture focused on capability, collaboration andresults. Drive store performance by deliveringspecialist support that improves customer outcomes, operational effectivenessand commercial performance. Establish and embed best-practice frameworks,tools and programmes across specialist disciplines to lift network capabilityand consistency. Use data, insights and performance measures toidentify opportunities and maximise the impact of specialist support across thecooperative. Influence strategic priorities and ensurespecialist activity is aligned to broader customer, commercial andtransformation objectives. Build strong relationships across the network,acting as a trusted partner to members, stores and key stakeholders. What you'll bring Senior leadership experience in a large-scale retail environment Strong commercial acumen and a track record of improving businessperformance Experience in specialist retail disciplines such as inventory,category management, retail operations or loss prevention Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills The ability to translate strategy into practical store-levelexecution Strong analytical capability with a data-informed approach todecision making Experience building and leading high-performing teams throughchange and transformation.
