Auckland City Mission – Te Tāpui Atawhai is seeking an Outreach Keyworker for Transitional Housing to provide rapid support for people experiencing homelessness in Auckland. The role focuses on whaiora intake, safety assessments, and immediate needs in a fast-paced environment, delivering short-term support up to four weeks and preparing whaiora for transition to mainstream housing.
