Two Dudes, a fast-growing men's grooming brand, seeks a Growth Manager to own the DTC P&L end-to-end from Christchurch HQ or remote NZ/AU. You’ll own paid, creative, website, offers, retention, and the Growth Calendar that aligns all marketing activity. You’ll lead the growth engine with the founders, manage partners, and drive performance across Meta, Google, Klaviyo, and more.
