The Role Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Senior Manager - People Systems, Reporting and Analytics is a key leadership position responsible for leading people systems, workforce reporting, insights, analytics and data governance. This role sits at the intersection of people, technology and strategy. You'll lead a capable team while partnering with senior leaders across HR, Finance, Digital and Strategy functions to ensure people data is accurate, accessible and translated into meaningful business insights. A major focus of the role will be providing leadership and governance across a significant enterprise HR systems transformation programme. You'll help establish a clear people systems roadmap, strengthen governance frameworks, improve reporting capability and ensure the organisation maximises value from its technology investments. Key Responsibilities Include Leading people systems strategy, optimisation and governance Establishing enterprise-wide workforce data governance frameworks Driving reporting maturity and self-service analytics capability Delivering meaningful workforce insights and executive reporting Leading workforce dashboards, metrics and strategic analytics Providing oversight of major systems enhancement and transformation initiatives Developing reporting frameworks that support strategic decision-making Building capability within a team of systems and analytics specialists Influencing stakeholders and driving adoption of standardised processes and reporting Role Requirements We're Interested In Speaking With Senior Leaders Who Bring Experience Across People Systems, Analytics, And Workforce Reporting, Ideally With Experience Supporting Transformation Projects In The Past.
