FMG is seeking a commercially minded Propositions Lead to join the Client Propositions & Loss Prevention team in Wellington. You’ll shape client propositions that drive growth, retention and value for FMG’s rural insurer clients and the communities we serve. You will combine market insight with strategic thinking, lead cross-functional initiatives, and partner with Marketing, Underwriting, Sales and regional teams.
