Senior Employment Lawyer | Auckland CBD | 4-8 Years' PQE A highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join its thriving Auckland team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of complex and high-profile employment law matters while providing strategic advice to an established client base. The Role You will advise and represent clients across a wide range of employment law matters, including: Appearing in the Employment Relations Authority, Employment Court, High Court, and Court of Appeal Representing clients in professional disciplinary proceedings Advising on personal grievances, employment disputes, and workplace investigations Managing matters involving restraints of trade, confidentiality breaches, and medical incapacity Providing strategic advice on restructures, redundancies, disciplinary processes, and performance management Negotiating exits and settlement agreements to achieve the best possible outcomes Drafting and reviewing employment agreements, workplace policies, and procedures Facilitating mediation and other forms of dispute resolution Advising clients on health and safety obligations and compliance Delivering practical, commercially focused advice to help clients minimise risk and avoid disputes About You To be successful, you will have: 4-8 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) specialising in employment law Strong advocacy, negotiation, and drafting skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities A proactive, solutions-focused approach to client service A genuine passion for employment law and a desire to take ownership of your work What's on Offer High-quality and varied employment law work Exposure to complex, high-profile matters A collaborative and supportive team culture Genuine opportunities for career progression Flexible working arrangements within a well-established national firm Competitive remuneration reflective of your experience If you're an experienced Employment Lawyer looking to take the next step in your career with a respected firm that values its people and invests in their development, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
