ACC New Zealand is seeking a Work Design Lead on a secondment to June 2027, based in Wellington or Auckland. You will lead the deliberate redesign of work across ACC's Longer-Term Horizon programme, translating future operating model and technology decisions into practical workflows, role designs and ways of working.
