A bit about the role… We have a full time position available in the Profit Protection Team Tuesday to Saturday. Hours are: Tuesday - 11:15am to 7:15pm Wednesday - 6:30am to 2:15pm Thursday - 11:00am to 7:15pm Friday - 6:30am to 2:15pm Saturday - 7:30am to 6:15pm A Security Team Member's main objective is to ensure the security and safety of our team, stock, and customers. You will also spend time at the front of the store, greeting customers as they enter and making them feel welcome. This position requires quick thinking and good interpersonal skills. You must also have a good level of fitness as the position requires you to be on your feet for most of the day. Acting like a human CCTV camera, you will be part of a team preventing any theft or damage from taking place within the store, but at times you may also be expected to help customers with their requests and needs, just as a Sales Team Member would within the store. Assertive but polite and helpful behaviour Confidence to challenge people Initiative when working through tasks and projects in store Ability to adapt and deal with the unexpected A good level of physical fitness An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
