Westpac New Zealand is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the Katikati and Waihi branches. This part-time fixed-term role is 30 hours per week and runs through to the end of December 2026, with travel between branches required. You’ll be the friendly, calm voice helping customers with online banking, card disputes and regulatory questions, guiding them to digital tools and ensuring they feel heard and supported.
