Access Community Health in Christchurch Central is seeking a Qualified Disability Support Worker to provide person-centred in-home support for clients with disabilities, including autism, intellectual disability, Down syndrome and cerebral palsy. You will assist with daily living, community participation, and personal care, while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with the care team.
