About The Opportunity An established, product and distribution business with operations globally. The leadership team is entering a new chapter and is looking for a commercially minded leader to take the finance function forward into its next growth phase. Reporting to the CEO and board, and sitting on the Executive team, you'll take ownership of Finance, Commercial and IT, three functions that together shape how the business makes decisions, allocates capital, and grows. This isn't a caretaker role: the business is targeting significant growth over the next three years, with M&A already on the table and more expected.
