Commercial and Asset Manager

The Role Palmerston North Airport is entering an exciting period of growth and development, creating an opportunity for an experienced Commercial & Asset Manager to join the team. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, with a secondary reporting line to the Chief Financial Officer, this newly created position will take ownership of commercial contracts, tenant relationships, supplier management and asset planning across the airport's operations. This is a varied and hands-on role combining property management, commercial management and asset lifecycle planning. You'll play a key role in supporting the airport's development projects, improving systems and processes, and ensuring assets and commercial relationships are effectively managed. You’ll help ensure the airport's assets are well managed, tenants and suppliers are supported, and commercial opportunities are maximised as the organisation continues to grow.
