Insurance Litigation - Intermediate/Senior Level

About you: We are open to either an intermediate (3+ PQE) or senior lawyer (6+ PQE) with solid foundations in litigation and dispute resolution work. You will have a good understanding of court process and out of court mediation and proceedings, including a track record of quality drafting, discovery, and strategic thinking. Ideally, you will have had experience dealing with contentious insurance-related matters in your current role. The more exposure to this type of work, the stronger a contender you will likely be. But you might also hail from a more commercially slanted, broad spectrum litigation role, without any insurance experience as such, but you do have a keen interest in the insurance space and desire to become an expert. Regardless, you will be academically capable. You will have strong grades in both Contract and Tort Law and a minimum B average overall academic transcript. Most importantly, you will have a home-grown work ethic and the desire to be an excellent practitioner. You're a self-starter and a curious problem solver who is motivated to perform to a high standard and proactively develop and upskill.
