About The Role As a member of our Checkout team, you will be the face of our store, engaging with customers as they complete their shopping experience. We Have Two Part-time Positions Available Position 1 Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Position 2 Thursday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM Sunday: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM What You'll Be Doing Serving customers quickly, accurately, and with a friendly demeanor. Processing purchases through the checkout and handling various payment methods. Assisting customers with inquiries to ensure they leave with a positive experience. Packing groceries with care and attention to detail. Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area. Supporting the wider Checkout team with day-to-day tasks as needed. What We're Looking For A genuine passion for outstanding customer service. A friendly, approachable manner with confidence in communication. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. The ability to multitask and remain calm during busy periods. Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to the role. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Confidence in working both independently and as part of a team. Basic numeracy and computer skills. Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage, although it is not essential.
