Tracksuit Limited
Auckland Full Time
Reference: 113_677645_7be7c25e-fe30-4470-93d7-280d1c786338

Tracksuit is on a mission to make brand tracking beautiful. We turn complex data into clear, intuitive, genuinely delightful product experiences. We're scaling fast across New Zealand, Australia, the US, and the UK, backed by world class investors. We can track those brands across markets to help our brand believers prove the power of brand wherever they are. Our team of Trackstars are collaborative, ambitious, and building something that genuinely matters. We live by "high care, high performance" we strive to be the best and look after each other while we do it.

We're building the world's most intuitive, consistent, and trustworthy brand tracking platform - and that only works if our tracking governance is rocksolid. That's where you come in.

We're looking for a Senior Governance Specialist to become the operational backbone of our Research Governance function. Think of this role as the custodian of consistency: the person who keeps our methodology stable and understood across the business, our taxonomy clean, our trackers humming, and our governance infrastructure scaling as fast as Tracksuit grows.

This isn't a "wait for tasks" kind of gig. It's a highownership, highautonomy role for someone who loves building systems, documenting and sharing update; spotting drift before it becomes chaos, and coordinating across a bunch of clever humans to keep everything aligned.

What you'll be focused on:

  • Owning the operational layer of Research Governance, this means building the tools, trackers, and systems that keep our methodology consistent across markets and products.
  • Running our monitoring programme - documenting methodology drift signals, maintaining governance records, and ensuring the Head of Research always has a clear picture of what's happening.
  • Coordinating across Survey Ops, Product, Solutions, Data Science, Marketing Science, and Strategic Partnerships to make sure everyone has the right data context, standards, and guardrails.
  • Producing crisp, structured governance documentation - SCQAs, methodology summaries, prereads, and updates that help the business make good decisions.
  • Designing for scale: building once, automating often, and using AI tools to replace repetitive manual work.
  • Keeping programmelevel awareness of validation and Mode 3 tests, updating governance records as evidence comes through.

You'll love this role if

  • You're an AInative operator who automates your workflow as a default, not a bonus.
  • You're highly autonomous and thrive in environments where you set your own priorities.
  • You're obsessed with consistency, structure, and systems that scale.
  • You have a researchliterate brain - you understand quantitative concepts, brand tracking fundamentals, and methodology standards
  • You enjoy crossfunctional collaboration and can translate governance frameworks into practical tools people actually use.
  • You're comfortable in a programmelike environment with constant iteration, change, and improvement.

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years in operations, programme management, research coordination, or analytical roles.
  • Experience building or maintaining tracking/monitoring systems.
  • Evidence of using AI agents or automated skills to extend the scale, reliability and capability of yourself or teams.
  • Strong written communication - crisp, structured, and governancegrade.
  • A connector, you like to work with a wide stakeholder group and build relationships easily
  • Bonus points for SQL literacy or experience querying data.
