At Comvita, we're looking for a Remuneration & Benefits Specialist to help build, support and shape our global reward, benefits and payroll practices. About the Role

In this specialist role, you'll work closely with People & Culture, Finance, regional leaders and external partners to:

  • Clarifying, defining and improving rem and benefits data across the business
  • Manage payroll processes across key markets and support broader global payroll operations.
  • Conduct remuneration analysis, salary benchmarking and job evaluation activities.
  • Support annual salary review, bonus and incentive programmes.
  • Manage employee benefits programmes and renewals across multiple markets.
  • Develop reward policies, frameworks and governance practices.
  • Deliver reporting and analytics that support strategic business decisions.

Key Skills & Experience

You'll bring:

  • Experience in remuneration, compensation & benefits, payroll, reward or HR operations.
  • Experience working across multiple countries, currencies or employment environments.
  • Strong payroll process knowledge and experience working with payroll systems and providers.
  • Salary benchmarking, job evaluation or remuneration review experience.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


Desirable

  • Experience with global HRIS/payroll platforms.
  • Knowledge of pay equity, gender pay gap reporting and reward governance.
  • Experience supporting reward practices in Singapore, Malaysia or wider Asian markets.
