As an HVAC Technician with Citycare Property, you'll work across a diverse portfolio of Christchurch's most recognised community facilities. From preventative maintenance and breakdown response to installations and commissioning, you'll enjoy genuine variety while helping keep essential public spaces operating at their best.

• Experienced and qualified HVAC Technician

• Full Class 1 Driver Licence

• EST Licence Electrical Service Technician licence

• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills

• Committed to health, safety and quality workmanship

What You’ll Be Doing | Nga Kawenga Takohanga

• Working alongside skilled technicians to ensure successful work completion.

• Carrying out maintenance, installation and repair of HVAC and Electrical systems on commercial projects/properties.
• Troubleshooting, working on a variety of equipment in a variety of properties

• Contributing to team development through collaboration, mentoring and knowledge sharing
• Providing technical expertise and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
