We are seeking a proactive and motivated Administration Team Member to join our friendly Pahiatua office. This is a varied role offering the opportunity to become an integral part of a supportive team while enjoying the benefits of working in a close-knit community. About the Role: As one of the first points of contact for many of our clients, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office. You will provide a broad range of administrative support to both clients and our professional team. Key responsibilities include: Front reception and client service Assisting with client enquiries General office administration and scanning Preparing correspondence and documents Scheduling appointments and meetings Database and records management Assisting with client onboarding and administrative processes Supporting accountants and advisors with day-to-day administrative tasks Maintaining professional office systems and procedures Assisting with payroll processing and GST preparation as required What We're Looking For Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude Be highly organised with strong attention to detail Be comfortable working independently and taking initiative Enjoy working collaboratively within a team environment Possess strong computer and administrative skills Be able to prioritise competing tasks and manage deadlines Have a professional and client-focused approach Experience in an administration, reception, customer service, or professional office environment would be advantageous.
