To ensure we maintain optimal teacher-to-student ratios and continue providing highly individualised support, we are seeking an enthusiastic and nurturing teacher to join our incredible team, we are seeking an enthusiastic and nurturing teacher to join our incredible team, predominantly teaching in our Year 0-1 room but may also involve teaching time across the school. You will be joining a small, supportive rural school that boasts a wonderfully collaborative staff and truly fantastic students. About the role Timeframe: This is a fixed-term position starting as soon as possible and concluding at the end of Term 4. Flexibility: While we are ideally looking for a teacher to cover full days, finding the right fit for our students is our top priority. We are highly open to negotiating half-days (finishing at 12:30 PM) for the perfect candidate. Teaching approach: Experience with the iDeaL structured literacy approach is a distinct advantage, but it is not essential .
