Farm Assistant - Dunsandel Area

Description We are looking for a reliable, motivated Farm Assistant to join our team. This position is available as either a temporary or permanent role, depending on the successful applicant. We milk 900 cows through a 60 bail rotary cowshed with ACRs, protrak, in shed feeding as well as Sensehub collars. About the role: Milking in a modern rotary dairy Shifting stock and feeding out Animal health and calf care Weed control and general farm maintenance Tractor work (experience preferred but not essential) Working as part of a supportive team while maintaining a high standard of animal welfare What we're looking for: Positive attitude and strong work ethic Honest, reliable and willing to learn Good communication skills Ability to work both independently and in a team Full driver's licence preferred Dairy farming experience is an advantage but we are happy to consider applicants with the right attitude Unfortunatly we are not accrediated employers, applicants must be able to pass a drug test.
