About the Role
\n We are looking for an experienced ERP Consultant with a strong background in Odoo implementations to join our client's growing team. You will take ownership of ERP project delivery, working closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective system solutions, and drawing on your project management experience to keep implementations on track from discovery through to go-live.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Odoo ERP implementation projects, taking ownership of functional workstreams from discovery through to go-live and post-implementation support

• Facilitate business process workshops, gather and analyse requirements, and translate business needs into effective ERP solution designs and system configurations
\n
• Act as the functional specialist, partnering with technical teams to define system architecture, integrations, data flows, and solution outcomes
\n
• Map and optimise business processes, configure Odoo system functionality, and lead testing activities to ensure solutions meet operational and business requirements
\n
• Apply project management methodology to plan, track, and report on implementation timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables
\n
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, providing trusted advice and ensuring alignment between business objectives and system capabilities
\n
• Drive cutover planning, data readiness, user adoption, and go-live activities, serving as a key point of contact throughout implementation and transition phases
\n
• Lead the configuration and delivery of marketing communication capabilities within Odoo ERP implementations for SME clients, ensuring CRM, campaign, and customer engagement functionality is designed to support marketing and sales alignment

Terms and Conditions

\n
• Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience
\n
• Minimum guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week
\n
• Location: Auckland
\n
• Employment type: Full time, permanent
\n

Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required

\n
• A minimum of 12 months' hands-on experience working on Odoo ERP implementation projects
\n
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing communications within an SME environment, with a strong understanding of how CRM and campaign management integrate with business systems to drive marketing and sales outcomes
\n
• Demonstrated project management experience, including planning, coordination, and delivery of technology or systems projects
\n
• Strong understanding of how systems and data support business processes and organisational performance
\n
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across business and technical teams
\n
• A logical, analytical approach with strong attention to detail and a delivery-focused mindset
\n
