About the Role
\nAs the Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting project delivery, governance and reporting across a range of infrastructure initiatives. You'll work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure projects remain organised, on schedule and well communicated.
\nYour responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating multiple infrastructure projects and initiatives \n
- Preparing project documentation, reports and executive updates \n
- Maintaining project schedules, action registers and governance documentation \n
- Coordinating project meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes \n
- Tracking project milestones, risks, issues and deliverables \n
- Supporting project reporting through project management systems \n
- Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives and project planning \n
- Liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders \n
- Providing high-level administrative support to senior management and project teams \n
- Maintaining accurate project records and ensuring documentation is current \n
About You
\nTo be successful in this role, you will bring:
\n- \n
- Previous experience in a Project Coordinator/Team Administration role \n
- At least 2 years' experience working within the health, community, infrastructure or construction sectors \n
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities \n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills \n
- Confidence preparing reports, coordinating meetings and managing documentation \n
- High attention to detail and excellent administrative capability \n
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently \n
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook \n
- Experience using project management systems such as Daptiv, Planview or similar would be highly regarded \n
- An understanding of working within complex stakeholder environments \n
