Office Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Office Manager to join our Dunedin based Building Management Services company. The successful candidate will be covering general administration, data input activities and accounts payable / receivable functions.

This is a permanent, on-site role in Dunedin that can offer 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
\n
THE ROLE:
This role will be suitable to someone who is an organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for excellent service. You'll be joining a fast-paced environment and required to engage with customers over the phone and in person. You’ll have excellent time management skills and be able to work autonomously under pressure.

RESPONSIBILTIES:
\n\n- \n
- Handling inbound and outbound communications via phone and face-to-face interactions \n
- Accurately inputting and managing financial data and client records \n
- Manage AP/AR Including invoicing, expense processing, bank reconciliations, and debtor follow‑up using Xero \n
- Providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations \n
- Assisting with documentation, reports, and compliance processes \n
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service \n
- Work closely with directors, staff and external stakeholders to support efficient operations, continuous improvement, and a positive office culture. \n

SKILL SET:
\n\n- \n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and phone etiquette. \n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. \n
- Proficient across Microsoft Suite, Xero experience is desirable. \n
- Dedication to positive stakeholder experience (responsive, polite & friendly service). \n
- Experienced in GST returns. \n
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. \n
- Organised individual, capable of spinning multiple plates. \n
