Reporting to the Team Leader, Business Services you will be responsible for providing a range of administrative and business support services to the managers and professional staff within the Pacific and Development Group. Key responsibilities Provide administrative and business support services to the managers and professional staff within the Pacific and Development Group. Financial administration. Information and database management. Correspondence. Travel and event coordination. Diary management and meeting coordination. Contract support. Arranging Transfers to our High Commissions/Embassies. Salary and benefits Salary range is $66,239 to midpoint $73,598 total remuneration, inclusive of our KiwiSaver employer contribution depending on your level of experience. You must be a NZ Citizen or New Zealand Permanent Residency and be able to obtain and maintain an appropriate NZ Government Security clearance at CONFIDENTIAL level. This is a ‘Corporate' role (known here as a Specialist role) based in central Wellington, NZ. Qualifications and experience Experience providing administrative support and customer services. The ability to work with a range of software applications and administrative and financial corporate data systems, including word processing, databases, electronic file management systems and presentations. The ability to juggle tasks with numerous stakeholders and competing priorities with a calm and friendly approach. Understanding of The Treaty of Waitangi/Te Tiriti, Te Reo Māori and Māori customs and protocols would be beneficial. Passion, motivation and focus with the ability to deliver to customer deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, use of initiative, proactivity and problem solving skills.
